Origin & Meaning of Vairocana
Vairocana (Mahāvairocana) is the Dharma Body Buddha (法身佛) in Tibetan Buddhism, revered as the embodiment of ultimate truth and universal light. His name “Vairocana” means “Infinite Illumination,” symbolizing the boundless wisdom that dispels ignorance (the root of suffering).
